To celebrate Globe-Trotter's 120 years, BOUM looked no further than the brand's former factory at 150 St John Street. The location, currently occupied by the Cassina Italian furniture gallery, was paired back and returned to its original look and feel.
Elevating the mood beyond a factory aesthetic, we developed a 'factory inside a gallery' — native industrial elements and equipment were customised with luxurious materials and finishes pertinent to the brand, ultimately creating the impression of an elegant production line.
The new collection sat as a focal point, surrounded by modern brushed aluminium and dark grey gallery walls. The bar, sponsored by Gilpin's Gin, replenished guests, while a custom machine-inspired soundtrack by Rohan Bell-Towers reminded them where they were.
